Ferro Rod:
Using the metal scrapper, use a firm strike to get the sparks needed to start your fire
Magnesium:
In rain or damp conditions, scrape off a dime size amount of magnesium to start a fire.
Available in 3 Sizes.
Strikes are measured in the ferro rod because that's the one you will use every time. You DO NOT always need to use magnesium or wood tinder from handle but they are there when you NEED it.
